1.1 Processing Times
All orders will be processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once the order is confirmed, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

1.3 Customs Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, which are determined by local customs authorities. We are not responsible for these additional costs.
Return Policy
2.1 Return and Exchange Conditions
We accept return or exchange requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
The following items are non-returnable for hygiene or customization reasons:
- Food and beverages
- Underwear and swimwear
- Customized or made-to-order products
2.2 Return Procedure
- Contact Customer Service: Reach out to us via [email/phone], providing your order number and reason for the return.
- Receive Return Authorization: Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide you with the return address.
- Return the Item: Return the item within 7 days using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer).
- Process Refund/Exchange: Once the return is received, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method. Exchange orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
2.3 Refund Policy
Refunds apply only to the product price, excluding the original shipping fees (unless the item is defective). If the returned item is damaged or used, we may issue a partial refund or deny the refund.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, orders will be processed and cannot be canceled. Preordered or made-to-order items cannot be canceled.
